About the role
COTegg Vietnam develops web systems and mobile apps for Japan, working closely with Japanese clients and partners. In this role, you’ll support product development through smooth communication, careful quality checks and day-to-day operations. We’re a small team with broad roles, and you’ll provide the practical support that keeps everything running smoothly.
What you’ll do
- Support communication between the Vietnam team and Japanese clients and partners
- Translate and interpret messages, instructions, meetings and system requirements
- Assist with testing web systems and mobile apps
- Check features from the user’s point of view and report bugs clearly
- Organize and follow up on issues, tasks and communications
- Support administrative work related to daily operations
- Handle scheduling, internal information and basic office tasks
- Work with the team to keep projects moving smoothly
What we’re looking for
- JLPT N2 or above, or equivalent Japanese proficiency
- Experience working with Japanese companies, or professional experience using Japanese
- Experience leading regular meetings with Japanese counterparts: confirming requirements, sharing progress and handling Q&A
- Basic computer skills (email, documents, spreadsheets)
- Able to handle ongoing communication with the Japanese side reliably
- Responsible and careful in organizing and completing small but important tasks
- Able to spot problems and report them simply and clearly
- Flexible across a variety of tasks
- Values teamwork and steady communication
Nice to have
- Experience in QA, testing or software-related support
- Experience in admin, back-office or general affairs work
- Experience working at an IT company or in a product development environment
- Able to write clear bug reports and task notes in Japanese or English
