About the role
COTegg Vietnam builds systems for clients in Japan. As a BrSE, you’ll be the bridge between our Japanese clients and the Vietnamese development team, making sure requirements are understood precisely and projects are delivered on time and with quality.
What you’ll do
- Act as the bridge between Japanese clients and the Vietnamese development team
- Interpret and translate requirements, documents, reports and online meetings (Japanese ⇔ Vietnamese)
- Help the team understand client needs precisely, and explain technical constraints to clients when needed
- Gather, organize and manage requirements from clients
- Analyze requirements and clarify contradictions or unclear points with the client
- Track project progress to ensure deadlines and quality
- Review documents, designs and source code when needed
- Write code with AI tools when needed
What we’re looking for
- 1–2+ years of experience as a BrSE or in an equivalent role
- Proficiency in PHP
- JLPT N2 or above, with fluent Japanese communication
Working hours
- Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 (start no later than 8:30)
- Remote work on Mondays and Fridays
